Cancellation and No-Show

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. We request that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at least 24 hour notice.

Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will be expected to pay 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% for the scheduled service.

The cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before the clients next appointment.

Treatment Etiquette

This is a professional environment.  We will not tolerate any inappropriate or sexual conduct or conversation.  If a behavior is found inappropriate, the treatment will immediately end and you will be responsible for full price of scheduled treatment and will not be welcome back to this business.
