Had my first professional therapeutic full body massage with the incredibly talented Kati Hersey-McNally, LMT who has been in the industry for 20 years… she has a truly intuitive bedside manner and I cannot rave enough about the experience!!!! The office is absolutely GORGEOUS and the waiting area showcases some pretty cool stuff handmade from the various therapists from candles to jewelry to a plethora of aroma therapy products (I bought a handmade “headache relief” nasal inhaler for $2 that I’ve been inhaling all day!) I’ve met lots of people who get regular massages, and I was always bewildered – but after this experience I do believe it’s one of the highest forms of self care I could very much get used to – affordable just by foregoing D&D!!

I recently attended a sound healing that Kati proctored. I had been curious about it and was so glad I had the opportunity to try it. The space was perfectly suited to it; warm, dark, and quiet which allowed total immersion in the sound. Kati was our guide throughout the experience, giving a quick synopsis of what she was going to do and what to expect when she started. The experience was like stepping into a warm bath, a wonderfully meditative call was brought about the room and lasted the duration. At the end of the sound healing, Kati finished by reciting each chakra's affirmations. It was an incredibly restorative experience that I look forward to incorporating into my wellness journey.
Kati exemplifies professionalism and expertise in her field. I have had quite a few massages from private masseuses, chains, and spas and not a single one has come close to the quality massages Kati provides. I see Kati once every other week and I look forward to it every single time.
Unlike other therapists that barely work your muscles or others that think it must hurt in order for it to be effective, Kati works in tandem with your body, coaxing your muscles to relax with a variety of methods. She can quickly find the areas that need attention and work on what you need rather than going through a routine. Every massage is personally tailored to what you need that day. Her space is immaculate, relaxing, and soothing.
